1. Fill the Application Form.
2. An applicant needs to send the hard copy of all required documents in advance at Baddi University.
3. Email to facilitate the office process at coe@baddiuniv.ac.in
4. Fees for the Certificate is 500 per certificate.
5. Postage Charges are:

• 1500 for each envelope outside India  (International Courier Charges 6000-7000/- Rs)
• 300 for each envelope within India.
• 100 for each envelope within Himachal

2. If the Original Degree is lost/misplaced/damaged then Affidavit and copy of police complaint is required. It is compulsory to submit An Affidavit (in original) in the format given in Appendix-C. Student can download the affidavit format from University website on examination page.

Guidelines to Apply for Duplicate Semester Grade Card(s)

1. Fill the Application Form.
