Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology (BUEST) is established under the Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2009 (Act No. 21 of 2009). The Statutes of BUEST define the legal, operational, and administrative structure governing the institution’s functioning.
