The Alumni Association of Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology (BUEST) hosted an engaging Alumni Talk on 30th April, 2025 at Baddi University for B.Pharma students. The session featured Ms. Tanya Sharma, Consultant – PMR & SDR at MarketsandMarkets Pvt. Ltd., Ex-ZS Associates, Ex-Scientist at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and a proud alumna of the B.Pharma Batch (2014–2018).
Drawing from her professional experience, Ms. Tanya Sharma discussed the growing demand for upskilling in today’s pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. She encouraged students to enhance their technical expertise while developing business, analytical, and communication skills to unlock rewarding career opportunities. She also shared practical tips on certifications, networking, and career planning beyond conventional pharmacy roles.
The session concluded with an interactive discussion, where students actively participated and sought guidance on career prospects in the pharmaceutical sector. In appreciation of her valuable insights and continued association with her alma mater, Mr. Panshul Jamwal, Assistant Director, Alumni Relations, Ms. Vaishali, Executive Alumni Relations, and Ms. Kritika from TPC Pharmacy presented Ms. Tanya Sharma with a token of appreciation.
