Alumni Talk by Mr. Sahil Aggarwal

The Alumni Association of Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology (BUEST) organized an Alumni Talk on “Building Careers That Matter in the AI Era” by Mr. Sahil Aggarwal, Director – Delivery & Operations at REDblink Technologies and a proud alumnus of B.Tech (ECE) Batch (2011–2015). The session was held on 18th February, 2026 at 2:00 PM in the Seminar Hall for B.Tech (CSE) students. The programme was anchored by Ms. Muskan Dhiman, Executive – Alumni Relations, in the presence of Mr. Panshul Jamwal, Assistant Director – Alumni, Ms. Vaishali, Executive – Alumni Relations ,faculty members, and students. During the session, Mr. Sahil Aggarwal shared his inspiring journey from BUEST to a leadership position in the IT industry. He spoke about the growing impact of Artificial Intelligence, the importance of programming fundamentals, problem-solving skills, continuous learning, and practical experience. He encouraged students to strengthen both their technical and communication skills while staying updated with emerging technologies. The interactive discussion provided students with valuable guidance on career opportunities in AI, internships, and industry expectations. The session concluded with the presentation of a token of appreciation to Mr. Sahil Aggarwal by the Alumni Association in recognition of his valuable contribution. Ms. Muskan Dhiman delivered the Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to the guest speaker and everyone who contributed to the successful organization of the event.
