Alumni Association BUEST organized an Alumni Talk on “Career Guidance and Industry Readiness” by Mr. Manish Kumar, Assistant Manager at Solan Spinning Mills, Baddi. Proud alumnus of Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology session 2011-15 Electrical Engineering.
This talk was conducted on 20th February, 2025 at the Seminar Hall. Ms. Geena Sharma, Head of the Department, Electrical Engineering, welcomed Mr. Manish Kumar. Also present on the occasion were Mr. Panshul Jamwal, Assistant Director and Executive of Alumni Relations, Ms. Vaishali, faculty members, and students.
Mr. Manish Kumar shared his professional journey and delivered an inspiring lecture on “Career Guidance and Industry Readiness.” He emphasized the importance of technical knowledge, communication skills, continuous learning, internships, and practical experience for achieving career success. He also interacted with the students and answered their queries. Students were highly satisfied with the session.
At the end, Mr. Panshul Jamwal presented a token of appreciation to Mr. Manish Kumar for delivering an informative expert lecture.
