BUEST Act

The Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2009 (Act No. 21 of 2009) is a legislative enactment passed by the State Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh. The Act provides for the official establishment, incorporation, and structural regulation of Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology (BUEST) as a university in the State of Himachal Pradesh.
